Will never happen. Nobody who is working on the game even knows it sucks, they think it is amazing. And sega thinks their fans are crazy for wanting things differently.

 

If that Conference Jim and Endri had is anything to go by, then that might not be the case.
It seemed that they gave out pretty clear-cut answers as to when the biggest changes would take place.
They just didn't give out too many specifics with regards to "what"

There's optimism and then there's blind fanboyism even in the face that this thing will likely wind up playing like a mac truck in a molasses covered world with 10x normal gravity. It's the same as the Sony Defense Force circa 2006 when Sony was a walking disaster with PS3 and PSP.

Take the rose-tinted specs off and be objective, not cling to any sort of string that this thing may be the second coming of Christ.

My face when nothing changes in this thread and more baseless speculation and blind fanboyish optimism goes on.

 

Sure, there's that - and, then there's the other guys too, on the other side of the coin. You know, "shit man, if some of the fans had the money that SEGA had right now, shit man we'd be schoolin' their asses on how to make a Sonic game, for reals."

Am I the only one here that waits until the game is out until I say it's good or bad?

 

No, I'm with you on that one.

 

Many of us would be doing that, but in the case of S4 where we've had such huge leaks that some people here now have the game and we can watch it on streams all the time you simply can't do that.

 

Except that I have never PLAYED the game. Once I get my hands on it, or at least a demo of the FINAL build, I'll start conclusions.

This is exactly what I'm going to be doing. I know people told me it was terrible, but that came from the same people that said Sonic Advance was terrible, and personally I loved Sonic Advance.

Also this thread = win now.

 

Just like this topic when a discussion point is brought up for the nth time and the same conversation goes on.
