From what I recall, I think it's been about a year and a half since any major work on Megamix was seen publicly, with cd audio, score tally done on a transition screen while the next level is loading, looked cool and all.

All that after Tweaker really pushed "it's canceled for good."

Oh shit, I have to look at random local "stores" (and by "stores" I meant Flea market) to search for one of these Megamix pirates. I'd really love to have that one in my desk along with my Sonic Jam 6 and Sonic 5 pirates.

Also, these kind of cartridges cost like...2 or 3 dollars here. Since the console is old, most parents buy the Genesis 3 (the tectoy one) for small kids because they are afraid of buying something like a new console for them.

Not to mention that by the time v4 is finished, it'll probably be almost as different to v3 as Sonic 2 is to Sonic 1.

I don't know what you were watching, but I saw a boss that drops the ball on you, and you have to spindash into it so the ball hits the boss. That's absolutely nothing like the boss spinning around to whack you one.

Yup, I am well aware about that video, but unfortunately there's nothing I can do about it.
That video is a direct reupload of a real video of mine, as pointed out by GT Koopa, complete with the download link on my webspace. Sadly it points to the earliest revision ever, the one with very few changes (the version I labeled as 0.8), from december 2007 lol. I might edit that zip file to add a readme.txt or something, but eh.

 

While you can't make a text comment to the video, you can still make video responses. So nineko could just drop a video response onto it and say "nice theft". Or something.

 

Video responses can be deleted. After all these years I learnt it's pointless to start flamewars on Youtube, as it's almost impossible to win them.

 

Actually, the only edit in the description is a different download link, with HER name on it.

 

Yes, I meant the download link in the splash screen in the actual video, the one in red text on a cyan background. Since most Youtube users are idiots that ignore the description and only watch the video itself, that's not so bad after all.
