Even though it's WIP, I actually like it a lot... So I'm guessing this is the style we've agreed on for the title screen? It doesn't look bad, and it's good for consistancy's sake, but it may be interesting to experiment some other styles for Sonic and Tails... Just a thought.

Yeh, but its brilliant!

Tell you what, you should fix the ear, but aswell as some shades that are a bit "miss-shaped"

Liked it, but...isn't too overshaded? ... I mean, look at the bright parts...

 

can we have a comparison between the original and this one please?

It will certainly help us with spot-the-difference

Ok. That image gave me some un-spotted faults.
1. The lighting colour, it's a bit, "wrong".
2. Some of the shapes of the shadows, are as the original, but look wrong in HD.

This font also might already exist out there somewhere, perhaps someone has the time to hunt for it?

If it does exist, we can just use that and add a drop shadow.

If the font doesn't exist though, we'll need it remastered.

This trial member came up with a mock for the opening background. Maybe it should be added to the concept arts section?

Hey sorry for the lack of progress...sent vincent a message last night, busy month, and I am currently working on remastering my concept design as we speak...should be done in the next 36 hrs or so.

 

As already said, Ill be looking forward to it!!



A small update for the WIP second frame:



Updated again with Blue's suggestion

 

Looking pretty sweet, but in my opinion the light/dark line down the middle of the forehead is too strong.
