Just before it ships. Place preorder > wait for it to come in stock > get charged > immediate shipping. This is standard practice everywhere.
Most likely, but I wouldn't be surprised if it's the kinda shipping where it takes three months to get to you, and the package gets wrecked along the way. I usually go to CDJapan and get the FedEx shipping; it's the most expensive, but I know that pretty much as soon as it ships it's basically in my hands. I do this for nearly all new Sonic music releases.
THEME OF SONIC THE HEDGEHOG DEMO? Would that be the playable demo that had Madonna and a completely different Green Hill with 6 (or was it 8?) layers of scrolling?
Why did they throw in 2 songs from 2006 in there? thats 2 slots that could've been used for more beta tracks . Awesome track list reguardless. can't wait to hear all these demo and beta version tracks almost makes me wish they would do a sonic 3 and knuckles ost as well.

I agree, wish they had included the ALMIGHTY drowning theme instead one of the other songs which are freely available.
...I don't think it's the theme of the "Sonic The Hedgehog demo", but rather the demo for the "Sonic The Hedgehog theme".
Oh right, I thought the theme itself was at the list earlier. Being put after all the other Sonic 1 and Sonic 2 songs and next to the Unused Song confused me, sorry!
Hm, at first seeing that it was supposedly 3 discs had me excited, thinking "Cool, each disc will be filled to the brim with stuff!" But since Disc 3 is just the few mixes of that "Sweet Sweet" song, my feelings are "Meh... Still cool I guess." Currently I'm holding off on this in favor of a different, unrelated 3-disc retrospective that is said to be filled to the brim with stuff. Oh well.
