Isn't the steam version shown in Italy? That would explain the European date.

Ahhhh that demo was so much better than the last. Especially considering how fuzzy the PS3 version looked in that old build, plus I think the slight input lag is gone too, so a massive improvement even over the build shown at Eurogamer (although I was told they only had the E3 demo there anyway).

Messed around with it for ages. Both stages are a ton of fun; Modern Sonic feels so much more refined then even in Colours, let alone Unleashed. Very little to complain about from me. The wait for the release of the full game is becoming unbearable!

Who the hell is Devil's Detail?

 

Who is Devil's Detail anyway? Apparently they developed the PC version, according to the Steam page, and Generations is the only game they're credited.

In regards to the time eater acheivement

'Can't Touch This'
'Took no damage while defeating the final boss'

Going by the description does that mean were fighting time eater as normal sonic or are going to have a health bar for super sonic like in unleashed?

Could it be these guys? They apparently do mostly porting job but I see no mention of Sonic Generations, Sega or anything on their website, a google search didn't reveal anything either.


This is literally the first time I heard of these guys, so I'm a little worried about the port quality.

So I'm exploring the texture files and noticed this that one of the icons is Sonic's legs in Super Peelout mode. I wonder if that's some form of a powerup in the game?

 

Wow, didn't realize that Sonic Generations was only $30 on Steam? That seems like a steal.

 

It'd be neat for them to add the peel-out as a buy-able extra move, for nostalgia's sake.
