Did I do the centrefold in the manual the right way?

 

Updated with another alternative version that is particularly rare - possibly a Japanese release of "Road Prosecutor" (as opposed to the regular "Road Blaster"), or maybe just another sample/demo disc in a dodgy homemade slip? Or maybe a beta/test disc

EDIT: Just checked the front of the disc and it says "Road Blaster"

Note: I don't own this, I was just made aware of it by a guy who used to own it.
