I'll just be boring and say the Sonic CD intro/outro.

Second places goes to Unleashed with any cutscene of Robotnik and his little 'Ergo' robot.

Probably because my politics is largely trollin'.

    But psst! It's a sekrit!

Another of my enjoyed cutscenes: Perfect Chaos Kills Everyone!
Because I did NOT see it coming. You come to Sonic Adventure fresh from the cutesy colourful Genesis games where the only person ever in danger is Sonic, and then BAM! The first time they give Sonic something CONCRETE (literally, in the form of Station Square) to defend, what happens? He fails and a million people drown.

    OMGWTF PERFECT CHAOS!!?1!

This without a shadow of a doubt

Sonic & Knuckles have a showdown, then Knuckles hears noises, runs off to find Eggman has betrayed him etc etc Sonic and Knuckles become bros.

    No :(
I have to say, my favorite Sonic cut scene has to be the Sonic Adventure opening . Mostly because of the connection between the music and the movie and how they go together so well. I also really like the Sonic CD Opening.

I also love any cutscene with Professor Pickle in it.
