Also, please don't mess the interview up, if you get it, its quite easy to do so, and scare the person off.

 

To be fair, there's no "absolute" method to it -- it all depends on the person you interview. Also, WoK is no stranger to this sort of thing, so I'd trust he can get something done.

If all else fails, I can always take over after we establish contact. He makes his contact details pretty availiable, and by his site, I think I can even tell what tunes he composed.

Anyway, I'm crossing my fingers: Here's to hopefully getting a positive repsonse and a subsequent green light. It'll be awesome to finally get a detailed story on what exactly went down. Be sure to mention the song connection discoveries if needs be; Maybe direct him towards the video even.

 

This should certainly be added to the video, shows the obvious likeness very well.

 

Damn that sounds close. I can't really pick it apart for dissonant chords because the vocals are too loud. Turning it up so I could fully hear the chords would kill my ears.

Digression. Point is that the two mix damn well.

That's what I said, and I may just do something about it. I try ripping the samples with the fruity beat slicer and rearranging the bridge in the Sonic 3 credits with them. I'm not sure how good it'll turn out at the moment, but it's always worth a shot.

You should put the big files on a torrent, as I don't particularly like YouTube.
