It does, actually. It's just that the preview pages there don't. Basically, FCBD 2013 is a reprint of part of Mega Man 23 and Sonic 247 (Those pages show the middle of 247), which both lead into the crossover by the end. Speaking of, I got Part 1 (Mega Man 24). The entire issue focuses on Wily and Eggman, and it is glorious.

ahahahahaha my sides 247 just came through in the mail for me. Good issue, eagerly awaiting the crossover. I also saw a mention of 'Albert'! Any other little hints been dropped in the last five or six issues that I may have missed? This seemed to be the first time it was directly referred to in the comic's canon.
Nah, it was hinted on each last issue before the crossover. Eggman mentions Albert in 247, Wily mentions Ivo in MM 23, and Eggman sends Metal Sonic to meet another "villain" in SU 50. Also, spoilers for the second issue of the crossover are out.
