Not much, she just claimed that Sega were "shady", and that she tried to contact them for 3 years but they never answered. Nothing specific.
Despite those actions, SEGA could at least have some clarity about what's going on instead of leaving her in the dark.
She was a freelance contractor for Archie. Chances are good Sega in general don't know who she is. I'd say she'd best send her inquiries to IDW instead of bugging Sega.

Hm, a piece of Chaos attaining it's own consciousness might have been an interesting idea. I could see a Venom-like relationship for it and Sonic, if push came to shove.
