You need to fix shading and that robotnick, because it's sonic 1 style. Also, we doing sonic 3 style shading, so you need to change it. But nice idea and good job so far :P

Thanks, Thundertimi, I'll work on it. I just don't know where Eggman should go inside it. =/ Should I add more shading, or just change the pallette? Also, Fang could suck you in, and the leaves would clog the cannon and it would explode, maybe.
I think, you need add robotnick, what we made in this project. Btw where is sonic sprite sheet? EDIT: This "parrot like" badnick could fly group of 3 from bush or tree maybe? And spikes.
The changing acts idea has already come into place, if you look at the level layout concept map. I'll try and make a couple sketches for title cards. In the demo, the way he rode it looked like Earthworm Jim and his Pocket Rocket! No, I'm serious. What?
Where are the character sprites? You think those might be in this topic seeing how long we argued over them on the S4 site. Are we going to redo them from scratch? I'm a bit out of the loop here.

A lordy, please less symmetry. Seriously, it's a basic art and design no-no. That title screen and title card, they look very amateurish as a result of the symmetry.
