Aside from Twinkle Cart no. SA1 was intended to run at 60fps during development but the engine was unable to reach it consistently, so the final DC release was locked down to 30.
I am glad to finally know that Twinkle Cart's 60fps was intentional, I always thought was was just accidental because there were less objects in the levell
Actually I have no clue if Twinkle Cart is intentionally 60fps or not. I don't know why the framecap is unlocked on this one game mode but it seems like it's accidentally at 60 rather than intentionally, like it was left uncapped after the rest of the game was capped.
This may be just a coincidence, but... The hair and the dress, it's uncannily similar to the look of Sonic 1's scrapped character, Madonna! Do you folks think Naoto saw this prior to working on Sonic 1?
Um, the original Sonic the Hedgehog was released at the start of the 90s, not the end. Or am I missing something?
Seems like it's in the same quality as the best we already have, but it's neat regardless. Marza really, really likes this animation lol, they use the ghosts from it all the time and ofc they made that other short of them a few months ago.
The new Fortnite player survey mentions Shadow the Hedgehog I have long said that Fortnite will be a complete and perfect video game once Shadow, Ronald McDonald, Uncle Ruckus, and Peppino Spaghetti are added and this is an encouraging sign
for context these surveys appear to reference characters as sorts of litmus tests in order to get a grasp on what their playerbase recognizes, which can then be used for negotiating deals with the ip's
So I've been playing mobile games through this app called Mistplay as it legitimately awards you with points to exchange for functional gift cards, and one of the handful of games that I play daily, Family Island, has a seasonal event island that featured an obstacle involving blue hedgehogs... obviously a nod to all of our favourite supersonic rodent.
