The rings in the trees are rather interesting.

Really liking the colour scheme of that zone, sets a mood. More pictures! I think the sonic sprites should be changed, perhaps sonic 3 sprites?
As for 3rd character..... Knuckles would fit well on the basis of s2k but maybe something different that you might not find in other hacks

But holy hell, SMS music? It has to be my favourite from all the Sonic games (except for Stranger in Moscow from Sonic 3).

I don't really care, at least part of it distinguishes from my hack name.

Also, what tweaker said. Not much to judge based on a single screenshot.

He's had this hack name for upwards of a year. Besides that, the word "Overdrive" isn't very original in a hack title.

The percentage of the layout is currently between 45% and 50% complete.

Hm... It sounds like you've been using MPT to convert your MIDIs to XM, and as a result it's really jumpy.

Did you talk to Puto like I told you and get MID2XM? That will make your conversions more or less flawless in terms of timing. Aside from that, you just need to fix up the voices, since they're pretty ear-piercing at the moment.

The layout is interesting, but it's hard to me to judge it entirely since it's incomplete. Regardless, this isn't too bad so far, so nice work!
