Another sale on the Facebook game art group involving a Sonic item. Once again I was not the buyer or the seller but thought you guys might enjoy seeing the early artwork image. It sold for $1500 if you are curious. This one was for a sketch of the Knuckles Sega Visions Dec-Jan 95 cover. While this one was not mine and never was I do still have the Greg Martin final which I'm sure Ive posted before but here is again.
Notice how there happens to be a fourth unnamed game in the sketch, that isn't present in the final version of the artwork. Sonic 1 perhaps?
I've just seen the cover and it's advertising Sonic & Knuckles' Lock-On connectivity, so I'd say it was Sonic 1.
