Have you seen this before?

Looks kind of like Sonic the Comic art to me...

 

Based on the Knuckles shaking his fist, which I've only ever seen on the European cover art of Sonic 3, I'd surmise that this is a PAL-region product.

So, no, I've never seen this.

 

I'm probably talking crap, but I wouldn't be surprised if this was fake—due to the use of several different art styles, S3 pose, etc. Also, the two Knuckles gliding at the 32X looks daft…

 

That and the fact that it's called Mega Drive.

Would bid on it if it wasn't so damned expensive.

 

Despite being on the same box, the other art certainly looks a lot more on-model than the Knuckles used on Sonic 3's boxart.

 

The price of that is ridiculous. There is nothing special about this package at all, it's just a standard 32x and a standard copy of Chaotix, both of which I picked up for a combined total of £100 a couple of years back, which is about 120 - 130 euros, or in that region (and that's only due to Chaotix being as rare as rocking horse shit in the UK, and costing me about £75).

 

I actually haven't seen that before. What's more, that's rather a hefty price for something like that. It can't be THAT rare?

 

"How does Knuckles get rid of his victims?" Christ, they make him sound like a serial killer. That would be more fun than those damn SA emerald hunts, though. Actually, that gives me an idea for a hack.

 

I'm tempted to sig this, but I think I'll remain sigless for now (and, before anyone says it, that'd probably be lame :v

I remember seeing this when it came out. Saw it in an independent music/video/game shop called Grooves.
