    Before this becomes a shitstorm, the sidestanding is MOST LIKELY a glitch/thing that happens only for a second until physics take over and Sonic falls back down. Probably happened because Sonic skidded as he was going on a scripted ramp :c

    1stkirby, have you been able to replicate that glitch?

    *EDIT* The game is using a modified version of the physics used on Colors and Unleashed, right? Did that ever happen on those games? *EDIT*

    Kirby works. Also, it only lasts a few seconds, it's NOTHING like Sonic 4 Episode 1.

    (EDIT: You also cannot move what-so-ever for some reason...)

    Will take note. Well I guess we'll have to do with a few seconds of not moving while you stand on the wall before sliding down.... Or better yet, not, once they fix the bugs before releasing this in 3 months.

    Being stuck on a curve for a few moments was possible in the classics too. Happened to me plenty of times in Sonic 2.

    And of course the classic gameplay and art direction is focused heavily on Sonic 2. Apparently, so are some of the bugs...

    ...and everyone is making a HUGE deal about Sonic standing on the wall for a few seconds...when the whole point of the video was to show off the Buzz Bombers.

    It was alot harder to pull off and I don't remember the specifics, but sometimes Sonic would get stuck in a 45-degree jogging animation on a curve for a second. Maybe two. Then he'd just ease back down. My memory is a bit fuzzy on the subject, but I specifically remember that happening once in a while, because I used to get annoyed about it.

    Sure thing boss. For the record, I was just trying to state that Sonic being stuck on the wall isn't something to get in a tizzy about, but a bossfist from you works just as well right?

    So how about them Chemical Plant paths? I tried tracing the paths off into the distance, but I can't really tell if they lead to anywhere meaningful, leaving me a little disappointed.

    The idea of Sonic fusing with ... himself? That's kinda like taking one jar of peanut butter and the same jar, but aged, and mixing the paste together. You still get peanut butter.

    Or maybe it makes Super Super Sonic? Or would that be Hyper Sonic?

    Who knows. It's a tough thing for me to try to rationalize, but it could be interesting.

    Or stupid.

    They'll probably take the "multiple paths" route that Classic has into 3D here and have each pipe lead you to another part of the level. Would sure as hell make some replay value for the stage! (not just because, you know, it's Chemical Plant).
