    When I looked at the "burst of speed" comment in the post about the level intros, I thought of something: what will Shadow's running animation look like? Spinning feet like Sonic or glide-skating like in the Adventure-and-later games?

    I plan to have 3 running animations. The normal walking animation, the normal running animation, and then his Skating animation. Currently I'm having problems getting the correct animation to display. That, and I'm having difficulties changing the amount of frames that Sonic's walking and running animations have. I've been told it's hardcoded in, but all attempts to change that have failed.

    Change the animation script?
    That's what I would have done.

    If all else fails, you can always make a new walking/running animation in the script and in the main code, have it point to the new animation.

    EDIT: Proper term used. Couldn't think of it at the top of my head

    No, seriously. If you build the level with the NiGHTS level of the same name in mind, the level will be awesome.
