Sonic 1 and 2

Somebody needs to do this. This would be so amazing.

It'd be awesome to go from Green Hill to Flying Battery, especially if you can play as Sonic, Tails and Knuckles... and maybe some of the other characters like Amy, Shadow and Mighty?

Or better yet... make it like Sonic 1 Megamix, where you could play the original levels with their original graphics OR play new levels with new graphics.

Maybe it'd have to be ported to the Sega CD.
