And then there was a music rip. AAX MP3 Mp3 has two extra songs cause I am a durr, but the AAX files ARE compatible with Generations PC
I must admit, the Splash Hill remix was well done, and I would have prefered it in Generations over the direct rip. His World and the track from Black Knight also would have been better due to the lack of vocals. The remixes that are in there are good, but it makes me sad to see good Mario Remixes, then straight rips of songs for Sonics music.
This. So much. I went up the list from the bottom, heard about two or three remixed things and so many straight rips, then wham. A very appealing Super Mario Bros. 3 remix. Then a remix of NSMB DS' Water Theme. Then something from NSMB Wii I recognize, not sure if it's a remix or not. Then a Super Mario 64 remix, and it just keeps going on and on and on... ...is there any reason for this? Not outraged or anything, the balance is just odd to me.
The game's called Mario and Sonic for a reason. If Sonic was more popular it'd be called Sonic and Mario, but it's not. Of course Mario's going to get more love. Sure, Sonic gets some nods too, it's only fair, but it's a game on a Nintendo console and at the end of the day Mario is the front runner here. I mean hell, in the game all the font seems to be Mario font. If only Mario Party was as good as was back in the N64 days. That would be fucking brilliant. It would fix so many things like the really pointless characters they throw in on the Mario side, it'd add some level variety, mini game variety, item variety, they could make a bowser and an eggman space, and at the same time a DK and a Cream space or something. Limitless options. They could just use the character roster from this game minus Vector and Baby Bowser (seriously, why the fuck did they pick Vector?)
Always thought it was out of respect. Though Mario probably is quite a bit more popular than Sonic at this point.
So they made remixes for Flying Battery Zone and Ass Hill Zone, then put them in an Olympics game instead of Sonic G. This is Cool
SMOG is signifiantly better than S&M for a kids title. =P It's been arranged in that order because it's alphabetical and because of the S&M abbreviation, nothing more. Can we move on now from any X IS BETTER THAN Y mindless idiocy, please?
