There hasn't been word about a beta in no small part because we haven't announced a set date for the alpha yet. Betas tend to follow those. Jokes aside, expect an announcement from the staff soon. We have things in store for you all.

 

Sorry I did mean to say Alpha. I am really looking forward to the alpha though. Any more specific details on what "soon" means?

Hey, it seems you guys are still active, that's great! This brings me lots of joy since I just recently registered here and was planing to ask about this project's state. Also have to congratulate you for your excellent character remakes Vincent, Sonic looks as detailed now, as he used to look back when I first played the games and they were brand new!If the alpha is going to be at least as high quality as the art in that 2008 tech demo, it's already enough for me. If you can push it even higher than that, then I will truly be amazed!

 

What could possibly go wrong?

 

Rumor has it the world is supposed to end in 2012. So if it took a year and a half to not finish a single zone. I don't think we'll get to play this by doomsday. ;(

 

beginnings are always a little rough after all, after a proper release, this little project will speed up a little I suppose. don't worry :3

Just to offset karma I think I'm going to send up a quick prayer for Lost to have a hard drive failure or something. Then it will be like gambit's comment never happened. :specialed: And also,

I didn't mean to suggest that something would go wrong, but I wanted to point out the irony in the choice of date. I'm not superstitious or anything. =P

 

I wasn't aware of the ides of March until I brushed up on my history this afternoon. Ya learn somethin' new every day.

Just a quick post to ask, Is the alpha still set for tommorow? It's been on my calendar for several weeks now and am sooo looking forward to it. If it's not ready then no worries but I'm sure everyone would love a look at the alpha if it is ready!

 

We will have project news that will be posted tomorrow. We haven't given a set date for the alpha release yet.
