I'm surprised by my fellow UK users. 9 pages and not one mention of this guy:

(I'd have them as img's. but for some reason the board won't allow me...)

And fittingly enough, he's the record holder for the fastest Robot battle in FRA, winning in 4 seconds via ring-out:

Haha that's awesome! Love how the Sonic social media account is making waves. That's an awesome little inclusion right there. Love it.

So in 1993 Sega sponsored the Williams F1 team. They were a little difficult to miss.

McLaren noticed it too:

Ayrton Senna spent parts of the season driving around with a squashed hedgehog on his McLaren-Ford MP4/8. That includes stage 3, the Donnington circuit.

There's actually quite a bit about that specific F1 race in one of the Sonic annuals (the one from that year, obviously). Had no idea McLaren was being that petty though =P

Woah that's really cool man! This thread is a goldmine for things like this. Thanks for contributing to the thread with something as cool as this.

I remember back in the Dreamcast days when Sega sponsored the football team Arsenal. Thought that was really cool at the time.

Scottish wrestler Joe Hendry, who's schtick is that his entrance themes are parodies of popular songs aimed as his opponents, entered the arena in last night's WCPW show to his own version of Escape From The City...!

Dave's new game show 'Go 8 Bit' had a Robotnik cosplayer. They also used old fan art by Chadthecartoonnut lol.
