Two people are already asking for it just hours after the game's release, so there's indeed some people who care about that. If a bug has been reported and the solution is known, why not fix it?
Neither will I (except controlling Sonic from a rolling jump) but this remake is supposed to be the new and improved experience, even if that includes the old physics fixed.
We're kind of drifiting into dangerous waters here! I can give you support for a few things (like hints, any known issues etc). But getting into semantics of patching/submission/release dates is not my job, and it's not something for me to talk about. Believe me, I'm probably the biggest critic of my own work lol.
I'm waiting for the Steam version myself, but what's all this "smoothness" everyone talks about? :v: Is there a particular blur filter added or what? Or you just mean it's running at 60 FPS, because well, I really wouldn't expect it to run lower than that.
32 & 8 EDIT: By the way? Why isn't there a "Retry" option in Time Attack? It would save so much time instead of having to click Menu and so on.
Not exactly. While the Sonic 2 Spin Dash was a nice feature, it just wasn't quite the same to me, so I switched back to Sonic CD's. While we're on the subject, am I the only one who thinks there was nothing wrong with the latter Spin Dash whatsoever? I personally thought it was just as (if not more) effective than Sonic 2's.
Spoiler A new version of Dust Hill? With Sonic 1/CD sprites? What is this I don't even-- EDIT: Explain, as your fangame used custom Sonic sprites at last check.
This version of sonic cd is so good, tails is amazing too and fits like a glove with the weird sonic cd level design due to his flying being really handy. Congrats on such a huge effort, Taxman! I hope this game does well for you.
Oh boy... Spoiler So what is this image doing in Sonic CD? Basically, earlier on in the remake's development there were 2 new levels: Desert Dazzle & Final Fever (another boss) Neither level was fully complete, and we had to make the call whether or not to go ahead and finalize them. Sonic Team felt the game should not deviate too far from it's original form, and in retrospect it was for the best since we had a lot of other work to do anyway. I left this image in since it's quite a groovy looking Zone, and it also serves as a way for you to get to the stage select as Tails.
I was just about to note the Stage Select option. EDIT: Never mind, I just had to quit the game, hahaha.
