Sonic the Hedgehog Redemption

I was working on one ages ago; fucked around with the background deformation to make falling snow, as well. Shame the art was terribly, terribly unfinished. I'd have given it to you.

 

I played this hack and it's really amazing. The only thing to make it even more awesome is the 1 song per act. =P

 

I like the look of it alot! Can't wait for a release! The only nitpick I would have about this hack is that the pattern in Palmtree Hill's blocks looks a little small and a little weak, is there anyway you can just make that pattern bigger?

 

UtopiaUK, that is from the SCAA. He didn't redo anything.
Also, still wip. It's going to be in a level from what I've been told, drums are subject to change.

 

You may want to cut down on the posts, UtopiaUK, until your approved, at least. Also, answer this when there's other relevent questions as well, are you aiming for a cartoony style of art, like the Emerald Ocean, or a more realistic interpretation, like most of Sonic 3's levels?

 

Why? Do you think he isn't going to get approved? It's better to get your trial posts over and done with, in my opinion.
That new art looks nice, but as SOTI said...

 

People can be approved before trial posts are up, while some are sometimes forgotten unless they end up doing something for an Admin to remember them. Like I said, you MAY, which means a suggestion which he doesn't neccisarily have to follow.

 

Interesting art, although, I'd do some work on the it if I were you (remove the faces. ).

 

Happy Birthday, UtopiaUK. I agree with Hitaxas, though. Remove the faces and add some detail to that art.

 

What's wrong with the faces? I think they look perfectly fine, and add some much-needed variety, to boot. Cool stuff!

Also, since your using the backgrounds from James Pond 2, will James Pond himself make a cameo?

Hmm, yeah it does seem empty, maybe replace the clouds with an island or something and raise the clouds to float in the air, or maybe replace the sea below with something.

ok yeah I'm not gonna tell you what to do lol, just recommending to fill it with character tis all, it is looking good so far though.
