Wish I could pick this one up, but sadly I had to sell my iPod Touch so I could eat.

College sucks sometimes. Oh well. I hope the games at least enjoyable.

I think I'm gonna buy this, since I couldn't be pushed to go buy it on the Wii. :\ Heck, it lacks Mario (and although I do really like Mario), I'd rather get it for the iPhone anyways (since iPhone accelerometer stuff and touchscreen is much more fun than waggle).

This isn't a DS or Wii port but it's own stand alone version for the iPhone, no forced on screen analog sticks and buttons but each game is made around the touch screen.

The game is finally released in the UK as an international version, olympic licenses and all that shit I guess.

Brought and will be playing it tonight to see how it turned out, 4 minigames overall.

*EDIT*

I spent a good hour and a half playing this last night and another 30 minutes this morning and for £2.99 you get a good package of olympic themed mini games, an extremely bite sized version of the full game but it has enough to keep you coming back, 4 events but both race course minigames have an extra layout you can unlock.

A rather fun game and worth the low price.

Seems that the app was removed from iTunes app store, no idea why but it's not there currently. If you brought it don't worry as you still keep and own it, just don't delete it from your pc/mac as you can't redownload it until it returns.

The app is still not back on the iTunes store, have sega said anything about why it was pulled? it's not had any problems on my touch at all. It was on sale for lik 3 days and that was it.

I wonder when this will ever reappear on the AppStore! :/ Got it off Installous, its not to bad for a 5 minute spare time waster! ^^ If it would be released again I would definately buy it ... . :/

No idea at all, since shortly after it was pulled an official winter games app went up (and was shit so I hear) I don't think sega will bring their version back due to maybe not owning the rights to publish a winter olympic game on a mobile device.

I like it, just wish they made the snowboarding a little better and the slalom physics smoother, I would replay them more.

It's quite sad, they put some time into this and now its not earning its fruits! :/ Off course IGN gave it a mediocre rating, but granted, its a little low on content, but otherwise, if Sega would fix those things you mentioned, they could still make a few bucks with it (from me definately)! ^^
Maybe they'll release it again .... in winter?

Without wanting to put this subject out in yet ANOTHER topic, this is exactly what you risk when you develop for the Apple Apps Store - the terms and conditions for the developers specifically say Apple can pull stuff down at any time for any reason (or none at all) - and you have absolutely no recourse over it. =/

Orange seems to sell iPhone games that Apple doesn't in the app store, I recieve a text asking me if a want to buy a certain game from the Orange iPhone website, I've never actually done it though. They charge alot more for apps than Apple does. One of the apps I was offered was ASR, it was £5. I didn't buy it, thinking it would be in the app store later for around £3, like WO was, it never has appeared though. Why can Orange sell apps? I thought it was only Apple that could.

Apple said they did not want external places from itunes selling apps, so are you sure it was a legit website? each app gets signed to your account when bought on itunes even if you download a free app.
