    Nineko! Glad to see you here! Love your remixes, man. Classic.

    As for this bug... I've gotta say I've never seen it before. From the looks of things, though, it seems to be an issue with the camera (since going past the sign runs you into a wall, allowing you to pan the camera down). Not sure what would cause it to crash like that, could be something with the title card though.

    I'd say I'd look into it, but I'd be lying. I'll run it past some of the other techies, though, and see what we can come up with. Thanks for bringing it to my attention, and I'm glad you liked it. :)

    EDIT: While I'm here, I think it's worth noting that Robjoe finished the layouts for SYZ! So the only levels left are LZ and MZ. Once all the layouts are done, I'll probably make another release, so keep on the lookout! ;)

    Whoa, I just downloaded this hack today and I'd say this is the best Sonic 1 hack I've played. Good work.

    Wow, Tweaker. Just wow. I hope you are reading thease comments because I have some for you! I tried out this rom at work today, it is by far not just the best hack I've played, but the most fun I've had with a game since Halo. I have been playing it all day and I am overwhelmed by the genious level design, the sheer badassness of the soundtrack, and the dead on phisics engine. The SA style lock on ability and Shadow's double jump open up so many opportunities to pull off some amazing moves. All of my co-workers were ooing and awing as I tore my way through scrap brain zone today. Thank you Tweaker, thank you for making gaming fun again for me! I can barely remember the last time I've felt such raw glee.

    I found a couple of "bad spots" earlier that I kept getting stuck behind. I wish I could find them again, because there's one for sure that needs to be fixed. If I do, I'll edit my post here...watch this spot.

    Also, I will love you forever if Vector is added.

    StephenUK (God knows how much =P)
    JohnnyUK (Shad sprites)
    Robjoe1107 (Layouts)
    Stealth (Special moves up to homing attack/etc)
    jman2050 (Special moves post spindash, except for peelout)
    Cinossu (Peelout, and some other things I forgot)
    FuzzballFox (New Shad sprites? Get back to me there. =P)
    Yuski (Mighty sprites + Various other pixel arts)

    My experience with all of these people has been great. I've learned so much, and together, we've made one of the most badassed hacks ever. Wouldn't you say? :)

    Don't ever forget any of these people. They fucking rock. If I forgot your name, run it by me, because there's a lot of them. :P

    let me say again that I love this hack. you (ALL of you) have done a wonderful job, I hope you're not misleaded by my previous post... after all, that bug has been made by the Sonic Team, not by you, I didn't want to offend your work in any way.

    Nope, not at all. Bugs are bugs, and, like any annoyance, need to be fixed. If you hadn't brung that to my attention I never would've known about it. :)

    I believe the faster everybody who took part in this hack is recognized, the better. I think Sonic 1 Megamix has a good rep for being one of the first group hacks to turn out well - let alone be pulled off!

    BTW, you added peelout? I was just thinking yesterday how badass that would be. What buttons do you press?

    I believe that isn't in the current release, however, I think Tweaker has plans to release a new verion once I finish all the layouts. I'm on LZ2 now, so after that, I'll just have act 3 to do and then I'm done. So stay tuned. =P However, jman is also supposevly doing act 1, but I don't know what's going on there.

    Oh and Tweaker. Speaking of the Super Peel-Out, I've noticed that ever since you added it, when I spin-dash, Sonic seems to automatically break out of his spin and instantly do a Super Peel-Out on his own. Was this intentional?

    Nope, but I bet it has something to do with the way Cinos set up the game to initialize the move. I'll play around with that a bit later, because I'm pretty sure I know what the problem is.

    And ThunderSpeed, I'm a bit jealous of your hack, if that means anything. =P

    since you told me to point out bugs, I remind you that there is also the one I told you about on AIM, that shows the ending roll if you press Start in the options page, when "Save select" is highlighted.
    also, as someone pointed out earlier, the "ring chaser" with the A button may give weird results if used near a loop.

    The light dash is programmed to zoom towards the closest ring in front of Sonic before going backwards for them. As a result, loops may be gone up oddly sometimes. It's a flaw in the programming, but I'll be damned if I'm able to fix something Stealth did. =P

    The credits thing I'll take care of, I suppose. That menu option is useless now anyway, not sure why I even have it, lol.

    It looks like some screen printing routines were 'eaten'.
    The tiles of the right 'O' half were 'skipped' & not printed.

    Or the 'U' was printed over that 'O'.

    It's just a bug within the mappings. Since the 'O' has transparent art, it shouldn't cover the 'U' up that way. He probably put a "$1" instead of a "$5" in the mappings for the 'O'.
