As for a leak, they've been way too secretive lately, but they also have the most ham fisted security EVER, so, it's possibility a "leak" could happen.

Yeah, seriously. Playable characters aren't nearly as an important an aspect of the game as solid motion and clever level design, so piss off. Swearing off the game because someone you don't like is in it is juvenile. It's like assholes complaining about Sonic in Smash Brothers.

 

I really, truly wouldn't be upset if that is what they planned on showing to us. I really wouldn't. Seriously, imagine it, you won the "bonus" or whatever and are asked for your address. A week later you get a Sonic dildo in the mail with a note that says "Stay tuned for more Project Needlemouse info! ", would you seriously complain? I mean, how could you?

 

People, this must be a sequel to Sonic CD. Its called Sonic HD.

Wouldn't complain, I'd laugh and probably give it to the neighbor's dog.

 

It'd be the icing on the cake if each dildo has like, official Needlemouse art, a screenshot, or the logo on it or something. That'd be really silly.

 

Checkered pattern all over it like Green Hill Zone, and everytime you squeeze it it makes a ring noise.

That reminds me of an idea I had for a lighter, the thing you flick to ignite the flame is shaped like Sonic in a spin-dash charging motion, and when you flick it it makes the spin-dash charging noise. Would be pretty cool imo

Why is everyone so concerned with the character selection? As long as the physics resemble the Megadrive games and the level design isn't horrible, then we already have a fairly decent game. Not even an all star cast all with modern designs could bring the game down then.
