Is a "Sonic the Hedgehog Maker" a good idea?

    Long Island sucks.
    Short but to the point, what would you think of a "Sonic the Hedgehog Maker?" What are the things you would expect from it? Being able to make my own Sonic level with Sonic's 1-3 to choose from would be awesome.
