How would you redesign Sonic the Hedgehog?

I agree with this, actually. It'd actually go more to his roots to begin with if they went that direction

 

Loving the hell out of Sancho's designs. Really nice stuff.

The scans themselves are pretty low-quality anyway. It's too faded to model against, especially the outstretched arm positions in the front view.

 

I was kidding, man. Although I was anxious for your criticisms in particular. Aside from the general quality of the scans (easy fix), have you anything you'd want changed? because I'm still not totally satisfied.

 

Now that would be a logical explanation for his expression in the logo.
