Favourite Sonic Catchphrase

None of the games one, besides "I'm Outta Here", is memorable enough for me.
But this one, even if not really a catch phrase (and not even from a game) is indeed something, mostly because I imagined Sonic saying it so many times on my playthroughs:

"ARGH! SHUT UP TAILS!"

 

I dunno if this has been posted before, but "I'm waaaaaiiiiiiting." I use it IRL in races. =P

 

"THIS MUST BE THE WAY TO THE SKY DECK" - with the obvious entrance to sky deck right in front of the camera.

oh and DURR HURR I AM FUCKING RETARDED.

 

"Come on, Sonic! We need to get busy!"

 

"THERE IS ONLY ONE SONIC!"



ok that was said by Metal sonic but who cares, he is still sonic, only shinier...

 

Are you guys even aware what a catch phrase is? It's something that is repeated a lot, in many differnt games.

"I'm outa here!" Is a catch phrase, "Watch out your gonna crash! ahh!" Is not, it's a quote.

Anyway, I think those examples are my favorate catch phrase, and quote.

"Up, Over, and Gone" (what does that even mean? Maybe how he can put his twirling feet up and over his head before he runs off?).

"I'm WAAAAAAAAAAATTINGGGGGG" .... I loved how it was used in AoSth AND SatAM.

Haha, I actually have a Sonic plush from 1997 that screams "SEGA!!!" at you when you squeeze it's tummy. I guess since Sonic didn't really "talk" back then, that's the only thing they could think of having it say.
