Nothing that concerns this place in the least.
Yesterday, I went through the level select after beating the game with all seven Time Stones, and then I found something unusual. When I selected the Bad Futures of all the Zones, it acted as if it was the Good Future. It had no Badniks, it showed flowers and animals, and it played the Good Future songs, rather than the Bad Future songs. Here are some screens:

EDIT: Fixed the images so they don't break the tables.

The way Sonic CD sets whether or not good future is ready is probably via a flag. When the flag is set and you warp to the future it probably looks at this and changes accordingly. The data for the no badniks and music must be loaded similarly, but seperately. Because the level select literally forces the timezone, everything else stays as good future but the level layout and art itself.

As soon as you've got all time stones, is will make all futures good. The time stones will be cleared when you choose NEW GAME at the title screen. Since the flag can't be cleared by any level, the level select will get buggy levels. Hardcoded stuff in a dynamic game is often a bad sign.

Not a bad sign in this case, since it's a brilliant game.

Yep, it's great fun. Even if it doesn't have the Naka Seal of Approval :) Interesting glitch, I suppose following the story once you have the timestones the bad futures don't exist anymore, everythings good... so the game is kinda being accurate in a wierd way :P
