Someone explain first4figures to me please

    That 12" Sonic statue was marked in stock for North and South America when I ordered it last night. It STILL is marked as in stock in those countries. However, my order history page says that it is on a wait list, and I have yet to be billed. I'm probably going to end up canceling the order if it's really not in stock. Even the banner at the top of the site says "Limited quantities available". What's up with this? I sent them an email, nothing yet.

    You should wait for a reply, likely to come Monday because it's almost the weekend now.

    But as you asked, I got one of the last figures they had left for Europe and my order was put on the wait list. Basically it means at one of their warehouses and is being prepared for shipping. It's nothing to worry about. Your order will be shipped.

    You could have worded that a little better. Now I have a disturbing picture in my mind. :ohdear:

    But yeah, these guys said wait until Monday, that's probably the best idea since a lot of companies only ship on business days (I.e. not the weekend). If not then you can always send complaints repeatedly until they deliver your precious statue. You could also try placing another order to see if you get different results.

    It will probably stay on the wait list for a few days. This is 100% normal though.

    Lol, it has green eyes. I distinctly remember those ice creams being bigger with black eyes when I was younger.

    That was back in classic Sonic's days. One of my fondest memories is getting a Sonic ice cream for the first time and then freaking out at how misshapen the thing was, and then chipping a tooth on the hard as crap black gumballs.

    I like how the 'green eyes' are just crammed on there with no real attention paid as to the model used for the head figure. Or did I miss a joke?

    Has your package slipped in yet?

    Okay, disregarding that follow-up to the creepy post I made earlier, seriously, has it been acknowledged/arrived yet? It would be nice to know!

    The email response I got back says it's in stock and to re-place my order. I honestly don't care anymore, so have at it. It's too fragile and expensive a statue for the spot I'd want to put it (next to my computer monitor)
