The voice samples from SFA3 HAVE to stay now because of the total awesomeness it adds to "B-B-Boss Battle." :P

 

What I said was, you post some amazing stuff on videos and pictures, never release anything, and it's practically teasing us. I remember someone saying something like that on the S1EE thread, which hasn't been active in ages.

 

S1EE is severely overrated, imo.

 

Awesome job on the level and the boss, although I do miss the explosion sprites for some reason.

 

You guys should add the "FAILURE" from the Smash Series when someone gets a game over. :lol:

 

Watching this has brought me nothing but joy! I was wondering if development on this series was continuing past version 3. I don't know where people are getting these Sonic Advance 2 comparisons from, I saw NO random pitfalls of death NOR a bitch slapping hand of instant death! What I DID see was an excellent effort of creating a challenging boss (of which I hope the "FOOLED YOU" portion is only a sample of what's to come for other bosses and not a surprise spoiler) that gets your heart racing like when you saw all the genesis Sonic bosses for the first time (that are a breeze today :/ ).

Nice Work! I can't wait to enjoy Sonic 1 Megamix v4.0!

 

All right, because of you, Tweaker, 7 isn't anymore my lucky number. All right, maybe it is. But 4 is also. All kneel before Sonic 1 Megamix 4.0. (:P talking with no expression rlz) People liked it, but for me, it's the best shit I ever watched. I can't even hack layout, anyway. ii' Oh, the Fake K.O was not very convincent. That's all I have to say.

Sorry for the off-topic, but S1EE is a good hack. Though I prefer Megamix, if we still didn't get neither Sonic 1 Megamix 4.0 nor S1EE it's because they're under development. It's shit to wait that long, but at least, it's worthy.

 

The boss is pure win but thank god the voices are placeholders.
This will be the best hack ever once finished. Keep it up guys.

That, or something really crappy. I think that Sonic game will actually be good. Maybe not, but... look at how successful Super Mario RPG is?

Anyway, back on-topic, you guys have any other bosses in progress right now, or are you just focusing on other stuff for now? Can't wait for V4. =D

 

I'm pretty sure that will have SOME kind of fast paced levels, being a mini game or a 'mission'
