I'll try to explain this to you by using simple words.
When you register to this forum, your account isn't "full-powered". You are a trial member for a while, and you are given the chance to post 30 times. The administrators will then check your posting history to see if you deserve to be on this forum or if you are a stupid guy. So you can either turn to a full member or stay in the "pending approval" status forever, meaning that you can't post here anymore.
Sometimes, a newbie is good enough to deserve a quicker promotion before the 30 posts are gone, but in this case I sincerely hope that that "full member now plz!" was sarcasm, because you know that I don't like you and I hope that you won't be approved for full membership.

 

The fact that I'm not drx might be part of it. =P
