No, because you literally bitch about EVERYTHING. I have many witnesses to this, and I'm afraid you're outnumbered in trying to argue that fact. :P

Just because you're smart doesn't give you the right to be a little bitch. A lot of idiots are a lot more respectful than you. I'm not saying I never bitch, but there's a line to everything and I pray that you don't cross it anymore.

  2. Jap. version. Though not that the Spencer version doesn't have its little gems, it just... Um, didn't really fit the mood of the game. Plus, I think it depends which soundtrack you grew up with, as it seems with many cases.

I must be one of the only ones who is with Lostgame. I also like the U.S. soundtrack better than the Japanese soundtrack, although I really don't think they fit the game at all. When I play it, I usually just listen to a cd on my stereo, which is odd because I love Video Game music.

Nothing that concerns this place in the least.
Yeah, it's the same case with me. I grew up listening to the U.S. Soundtrack, so that's one reason I prefer that one over the Japanese/European one. The Japanese/European track is good, too, but I sometimes feel that it's a bit...overrated. As for the list of tracks I prefer over the other, I don't exactly have the time for that, right now.

A little clarification on why I like the japanese soundtrack --

Before I played sonic CD, I bought s3k collection for the PC (This was about 1998 or so). I almost immidiately went for the sonic screensaver, of course. I was curious about the music in sonic CD, so I went straight to it and played it. I enjoyed just about every song on there, and thought there were very fitting for a sonic game. Imagine my dissapointment when I picked up Sonic CD at a local PC games store.

So yeah, I guess that means I "grew up with" the japanese version.

I grew up with neither and listened to both at about the same time.

My conclusion is that the European one, although simplistic in it's construction, fits the moods of the levels better. It's music you can run through a level to, and still be able to focus on the game.

The U.S. soundtrack on the other hand is far too demanding, although the tracks themselves are really nice, it distracts from the game more than the Eur/Jap one, and feels more seperate from the game.

I wouldn't be surprised if someone playing Sonic CD with the U.S. soundtrack completed the game slower than someone playing with the European soundtrack, simply because the U.S. one is far more distracting.

Someone should do a test ^_^

It's taken me 4 months to get to Collision Chaos, because I can't stand to play it for more than a few minutes with the US Soundtrack. Does that count? :P
