    The livejournal entry linked to does not address the MOD I linked to at all. It indeed talks about GOOMBA, a GAMEBOY EMULATOR FOR THE GBA.

    And yes Guess_Who, the DS lacks the exact same pricessor found in the Gameboy. But there are other ways to play a game on unfamiliar architecture. My guess is that there is some hardware support or emulation.

    This mod is as old as the DS scene. It has been reported working numerous times, and has been posted on many scene news sites, including the Mod Gods and Eurasia. The DS have some kind of trick up its sleave that was not officially supported.

    However, if you think the chipset makes it impossible, I encourage you to be the first to try this and prove it false. Then again, I can't recall if it involves grounding the SL1 contact. If you're into DS soft-modding, that might not be for the best. However this mod came about long before FlashMe was concieved; it's the FIRST DS mod. (Unless you count different color LEDs as a mod).
