A S&K pirate

If it is simply a pirate, why would it be worth getting?

 

Judging by the cover art I think it'll just be the final game but without the lockon (on a standard cart) - I know I wouldn't personaly.

 

Because sometimes pirates have stuff we care about in them. Don't forget that our beta was pirated.

 

It?s the final version, a friend of mine have it. It just don?t jhave the Lock-On. Byt the way worth to get, because of the box art. =P *shot*

 

I always wondered what would happen if you locked a lockon cart to a lockon cart (and even making a tower) but I never had two at the same time to find out :P

EDIT: As to the actual topic, doesn't Hive have that S&K pirate on his site? I know I've seen it somewhere. It looks to me like all of those games are pirates. There are no Genesis sidebars on any of them. Vectorman has a blank red sidebar, and MKII's sidebar has the MKII logo, but none of them say Genesis in them.

 

CulT has pictures of the cart and packaging in their S&K Pirates Section, but I don't know if these pictures were found online or taken by someone at CulT who owned the cart.. =/ If it was the latter, then I'd assume it's nothing special since otherwise we would probably have heard about it. Then again, you never know..

 

Another point is its a JAP Mega Drive 2 but that's not the box for a JAP Mega Drive 2 unless its an asian version?

Is it possible to lock a legit S&K onto another legit S&K?

Anyway, using my cart-switching technique, you CAN actually get a special stage from those games that just make it play S&K alone. You can even get a special stage with NOTHING in the cart port!

Lock-on Sonic 1 to S&K, and enter the code 2450 9098 7967. (no, that's not a DS Friend Code!) You'll then have the Special Stage level generated by the Sonic & Knuckles cart itself, with nothing in the expansion port.

If you plug in Sonic & Knuckles into Sonic & Knuckles, then plug in another gane, it just plays Sonic & Knuckles. Just in case anyone cares. :D

 

You should like totally plug Sonic and Knuckles into Sonic and Knuckles and like another one and like stack them to the ceiling and see what happens...or not...
