If this ever gets on the wiki, I just wanted to also point out that Korone's original song "Doggy god's street" has a subtle(?) reference to Sonic by having her appear inside a circle banner thing like the original Sonic game title screens (Sonic 1 character hack when?)

Isn’t that the Sega jingle from Magical Taruruto-kun? I’d expect there to be some example of Korone saying it that they could sample. Though I know nothing about anything related to VTubers so maybe not lol.

I forgot to mention that all of the Sonic cafe collab items are now for sale on the hololive shop, and all items (except the plush) are still in stock somehow. These items, however, only ship domestically in Japan, even though other items in the hololive shop can be shipped to other countries. If you are dying for the chili dog plate, then you will need to use a proxy service.

It's now been over a year since the ambassadorship announcement, and I don't know anything about the Korone x Sega Sound Team collab. Did that ever happen?

Also, the items from the Cafe collab are STILL in stock and for sale. The plushies have all shipped too.

EDIT: Apparently there was ANOTHER collab back that ran from the end of February to the end of March?

As the Sonic the Hedgehog ambassador, Sega announced Hololive VTuber Korone Inugami will participate in the Sonic Square collaboration event at the Fuji-Q Highland amusement park in Japan. That will be held from September 27, 2023 to October 15, 2023. Her voice will be able to be heard alongside Sonic and his friends over the park announcements. Additionally, she will appear at a talk show event in real-time. You can learn more about what’s in store for Sonic Square on the official website.

First, an AR photo spot will be available beginning on October 2, 2023. At the park plaza, if you scan the QR code with a smartphone, it will be possible to take a commemorative photo with Korone.

In addition, you’ll hear her quite a bit. Korone will handle the in-park announcements, working together with Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, and Amy. Her voice can also be heard at random while passing through the Sonic ring reproduction photo spot in the plaza. Most of the time, you’ll hear the ring sound effect, but there is a chance you’ll be able to hear the Hololive Vtuber’s voice.

Finally, the talk show event will be held at the Event Stage in Central Park. It will be on October 9, 2023 at 2pm JST. Six attendees will win some collaboration art autographed by Korone herself.

Hololive VTuber Korone Inugami will help out Sonic and his friends at the Sonic Square event at Fuji-Q Highland in Japan from September 27, 2023 to October 15, 2023.

While she maintains the cute persona, I don't think we can consider an influencer who's lore involves having her fans cut off their fingers in order to curry her favor anything less than edgy. She also enjoys more mature games and she's a trained martial artist (I think). She's more macho & edgy than she lets on.
