Oi. How about Crimson Festival? I kind of nicked it from a song I did for AeroGP once, and I don't know if he's using that as a tangible level name, but that could be absolutely badass if we were able to use it.
I wanted to name it Sunset Circus because it's simple, it fits, and it's catchy. At least for me, anyways. Also, I have an idea for a badnik. A lion. It fits the whole festival theme and it's vicious at the same time :D

Oh, neat switch Idea. I also love the Robotnik (It's hard to type that for me, but it's only because I'm so used to "Eggman") theme round (considering Robotnik does look partly like a demented clown). Perhaps maybe Circus Amusement zone, seeing as how Sunsets and the color orange seem to already be a big theme of this zone besides the Robotnik Carnival aspect.
That's some pretty nice-looking concept art. As far as names are concerned, though, I'd go with something like "Chaotic Carnival".
The balancing ball is an awesome idea! It can work like the logs in Jungle Zone, maybe to cross a path of spikes or something. :v:
How about "Thrill Circus Zone?" I haven't seen that name yet, and it fits the location and gimmicks. I just thought of another good one. Maybe as a kind of lighthearted humorous reference to Sonic 3, we could name it "Carnival Fright Zone?"
I don't mind Crimson Festival, but I'm still stuck to my own name Idea as well. Oh, I acidently typed "Circus Amusement". It should actually be "Citrus(Spelling?) Amusement". Sorry for the mis-typing.
Well, since 'Sunset' seems to be one decide theme, the color orange(and subsequently shades of it and yellow) would go along with it. I use Citrus to describe color, not fruit or imply that it somehow has anything to do with oranges or lemons.
