Nothing that concerns this place in the least.
Sonic Blast: I'll just say right now that this has got to be the worst Sonic game I've ever played (a game starring Sonic I mean). Some say that this is the "Game Gear version of Sonic & Knuckles" when the game is just pure crap. The gameplay is horrible, the level designs are pathetic, and there are just a bunch of other things I could list here which would probably take up a whole page.

Tails' Sky Patrol: I've tried this game a few times, and I thought it just plain sucked. I didn't have the patience to even play the game for a whole minute. Tails just has to fly in the sky and toss a ring back and forth.

Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine: I mean the Game Gear version. If you've played this game yourself, you'll see that it doesn't even come close to being as good as the Genesis version. They did a poor job of porting this game.

Sonic Shuffle: I haven't played this game myself yet, but from what I hear, the game was just plain pathetic. And I believe them, too. Why? Because from what I've read in a magazine before, it says that the gameplay was like Mario Party, and I hated Mario Party.

Do you mean Sonic Spinball, or Sonic Pinball Party?

I just answered to a topic like this this morning O.o

Sonic 1 GG(Palm OS)- Ok, I should have perhaps taken heed of the warning saying that it might not work properly on a Zire 31 because it was missing a few buttons...

But the graphics were poor, I was missing the required jump button (...), and I tossed the stupid thing off my Palm before the 5 frikkin minute trial was over.

Both. I never understood of Sonic Pinball.. Ohhh you're jumping around continuously and you have to time your paddle and stuff.. Andwhen you die, you die of frustration.

Sonic Pinball party. I hate that game. I opened up the VBA, and when I palyed it, I turned it off the next minute and started playing Tetris.. what's the Point in PinBall that just realtes to Sonic. What is Sonic Coming up to.?? It's not the same as it was in 1992.

I very much disliked Sonic Spinball (even with the cheats I used I still couldn't beat it). Also, I didn't like Sonic Advance 2 nor Sonic Heroes.

Sonic 2 (8-bit) sucked monkey balls. It was quite possibly the worst Sonic game ever made. (At least I think I so) Let's review....

1.) Awful Graphics - For being a game that was designed for the Sega Master System, those are some very shitty graphics. I mean, Megaman 2 came out some time earlier and that had better graphics. Though I'm unaware as to how powerful the Master System/Game Gear was, much more could have been done graphically.

2.) Shitty Level Designs - You never get to see enough of your surroundings because of the awkward proportioning. That would be all fine and dandy, that is if the developers didn't add so many cheap ways for you to die. Wether it be spikes, bottomless pits or underwater. You will die ALOT in this game.

3.) Evil Bosses - Sonic Team seemed to have forgot to add rings in the 3rd acts of each stage. Now this wouldn't be much of a deal, if the bosses weren't so god damn hard! Now if you're playing it on the Master System you have a better view of your surrondings, but on the Game Gear the resolution makes it a living hell. The first boss is a pain in the ass when playing the Game Gear version.

4.) Cheap form??of Marketing - What many people don't realize is that this game came out a month before the Genesis version. One can easily determine that this game was rushed. Why? What I find curious, is the constant appearance of Tails. He's seen on the box cover, (Running for god sakes!) On the title screen, and on level title cards. Yet, you never get to play as him. I don't understand this. Another thing that puzzles me is why Sonic didn't attack Eggman when he was right underneath him during the beginning cutscene. That doesn't make much sense, does it? One more thing to add is that this game was so rushed, that the developers forgot to add the checkpoint moniters in the game.

In short, Sonic 2 (8-bit) was nothing more than a rush job. It sits along side "The Castlevania Adventure" as one of the worst titles a series has to offer.

I'm also not too fond of Sonic Advance 2.

Sonic Chaos: The Game bores me to death.

Sonic Advanced 2 And Sonic Heros (for the same reason): Is the only way you can kill me is pits?

Sonic Spinball: It isn't Sonic. When you are on foot, you're SLOW!

Tails' Sky Patrol: Don't even get me started...

    Sonic 3D Blast (Genesis)

Horrible...I could never get the hang of the controls, the levels take forever, and the 3D special stage looks a hell of a lot better in Sonic 2. All it was in 3D Blast was a cheap imitation.

The levels, besides taking forever, were absolutely impossible, and if you made it to the boss, you were lucky to live through that.

It took me forever just to beat the first couple of stages. After that, I got some cheats and played in the special stages only, because that was the best part of the game.

I kinda like the Sonic games that take a spin from the norm. And they're not as hard as you're making them out to be. If you sit down and play them for a while, they become pretty easy actually. But for my least favorite Sonic game? Eh, it might be Sonic Blast for the same reasons that Mystical explained. I remember I had got pretty far on it, and then all of a sudden I got stuck inside of a part of the level. Just pure frustration.

I like all Sonic games (especially S3&K).
My first Sonic game was Sonic 2 GG. That was pretty hard to finish but I like it.
I like Sonic Blast also. Looks at Sonic Labyrinth, THIS game sucks. I think I don't have to explain why. Do you agree? :)

    Nothing worth mentioning
Sonic 2 GG & Sonic Labyrinth - The bosses are fricken impossible on these two games, for me at least. Not very good gameplay looking at their counter-parts on the genesis.

Sonic Heroes - Levels are much easier than the ones for Sonic Adventures 1 & 2, plus the voices get annoying after a while.

All Sonic Advance games - Pits, and no Sonic feel to them.

Otherwise I kinda like all the other games.

I both enjoyed and easily completed Sonic Spinball. It wasn't my favourite game though (can't beat a bit of S3K).

I would like to strap a Sonic 3D Blast cartridge to some sort of explosive, just to watch it suffer (if plastic can suffer).

Ristar was good, but it isn't a Sonic game. Why did they put it on the mega collection for the GC?

I would like the same fate to befall anyone who calls it "Sonic 3D Blast". The only universal name it has is "Sonic 3D" - don't apply stupid suffices which aren't universally recognised.

*straps firework to himself, and offers Quick Man his lighter*

But I meant the one I played, which WAS called Sonic 3D Blast. I couldn't care less about other versions.

*takes lighter back* Thank you very much.

  19. Why is Sonic Spinball hard? If you've ever played pinball in your life you would find Spinball easy since you can guide Sonic using the directional keys. And the goals are much simpler than normal pinball. I don't think this game is great, it's just okay.

Sonic 3D (Blast) really is a dud Sonic game. The levels are hard and it would have been better if you could just do the stage and not have to collect flickies. that's one of the main things that make the game suck is that you can lose the flickies easily and they are so small it's hard to pick them all back up agan. The bosses are also too hard. You lose rings constantly and it's nearly impossible to survive.

Robonik's Mean Bean Machine. Anyone can make a Jewels variation or somthing similar in a weeks time. This was a sign that Sonic Team (if that's who made it) were running low on ideas but still needed pocket money IMO.

I agree on sonic heroes it was a very poor effort, could have been more of a challenge.

Sonic 3D was a bit dull too, GEN/SAT...all the same...SAT special stages had already been seen (sonic 2), so nothing new/good there....

Sonic Jam could have had a bit more 3d play in it, not just one area... IMO it should have had 2 CD's, one for the classic games/manuals and soundtest, and the 2nd cd for the 3d world, movies and maybe some other things....
