I was surfing the web aimlessly and found this small RPG game that seems to have collapsed over 30 years ago. However, inside of it...
This was published in 1984. I'm not making any connections, but its funny all the same.

  2. Another pre-Sonic example of the name Robotnik:

There have been several publications in Poland titled "Robotnik" since the '30s, usually having to do with socialism as the word means "worker" in Polish.

  4. Yes, but if Mario is a communist, then clearly Sonic is a capitalist.

The rings represent capital/currency, and the Chaos Emeralds are embodiments of the invisible hand of the marketplace - the "Chaos" of the consumer directs who gets money. Robotnik is the communist; he wants more and more land (and money) all to himself instead of allowing the market to take its course naturally. Knuckles is the government, and the Master Emerald is economic regulation. The Death Egg sub-arc represents the Space Race while Metal Sonic represents the arms race - both are defeated by Sonic's ingenuity rather than superior technology. Perfect Chaos is economic collapse; the Master Emerald can only delay it, Robotnik cannot control it, but the free market (the positive parts of the Chaos Emeralds) can neutralize it. Shadow is military power - dangerous in the wrong hands, but a very powerful ally in fighting communism if persuaded. I could go on but I won't.

Socialism in merely an economic theory of a government controlled economy that benefits a nation as whole, such as restrictions on imports, so that more is made in the country, more people are employed, more wealth stays in the country. It is nothing more, any other beliefs you may have are propaganda and generalisations that you have taken on.
For example is the British NHS socialist? No it's communalist. Communism is socialism but socialism isn't always communism. Rather like Franco was a fascist with out actually being a Nazi.

Mario has coins. How can it be less capital/currency than rings? Also, how many times have the rings been used as currency? Once, in a spinoff. In Mario however, it's somewhat recurrent right now.

Sonic '06 and Sonic Unleashed both had rings used as currency, and neither of those were spinoffs.

Not really, that was just a variation of "50 rings needed to access special stage". You didn't actually buy anything with it.

I think Sonic is more of a liberal animal-rightist who supports environmentalism while Mario is too stupid to be a communist.

Who makes him go through all this shit? Princess Peach... The true mastermind behind the invasions of Koopa land, the commie takeovers, and the final overthrowing of Imperial Bowser. If she wasn't kidnapped, then Mario would just be sitting at home. So Mario is nothing more than a whipped guy. :(
