    Vasm v1.8g & Vlink 0.16c for Windows RT 8.1 Surface 2 armv7.

Special thanks to mstorjo github developer for compiling llvm-mingw for RT 8.1 Surface 2 https://github.com/mstorsjo/llvm-mingw/releases/download/20191230/llvm-mingw-20191230-armv7.zip and Linuxquestions.org forum user for guide to using it https://www.linuxquestions.org/questions/programming-9/how-do-i-target-win32-arm-4175666821/

Unfortunately most software depends on msys or cygwin but ezwinports at sourceforge has a few programs that build with normal mingw. Fork of pdcurses also builds.

If anyone knows programs and software for plain mingw-w64, please post. Thanks!

Here's the same Vasm + Vlink attached to this post. Beware! You need 7zip on your Surface RT. Archive is split due to forum file size limitations.

    edit:
Make sure to rename file extension for 7zip. Extension was renamed due to forum restrictions.

Here's partial upload of VBCC0_9g for win32_ARM32 (built and partially tested with Windows RT 8.1). It's missing vbcc.bi386 (header error). Missing some other tools too but has dtgen, vc, vsc and vprof. Might build other Win32 architectures eventually but little tired right now.

As usual, make sure to install the Microsoft Windows 10 Universal C runtime as mentioned in previous link to linuxquestions.org; it's not possible to install the recent updates (shouldn't be necessary) but it can be extracted from the recent Windows 10 SDK and manually copied (easier if a buddy installs on x86 machine and gives you resulting runtime files).

Rename file extension for 7zip. Remember you assume all risks and responsibilities from using this.
