I recently found on Underground Gamer a smorgasbord of Official SDKs. I will post them here as I get them uploaded. SNES SDK and Official Docs: http://segaloco.spinfxrocks.com/SNES%20SDK.rar N64 Function Reference Manual: http://segaloco.spinfxrocks.com/Functions%...anual/home.html N64 Introductory Manual: http://segaloco.spinfxrocks.com/N64%20Intr...0Manual/kantan/
Yup, just give me time to upload all of this, one of the stupid files is 100+MB Edit: Here ya go. http://segaloco.spinfxrocks.com/N64%20SDK.rar
Without meaning to be a party pooper, why are all these only coming out now? I downloaded most of these over a year ago. Had no idea they were considered rare.
http://srb2town.sepwich.com/junk/SaturnDevKitSGL.7z He's downloading them all from Underground Gamer...
Which is where I got them from, in like January 08... again, I'm just wondering why these are suddenly news now.
Because he found the site and decided to repost the SDKs as he doesn't like using torrents, much less sticking to the rules of that site. We even had a discussion for it on #retro >_>
Thanks for uploading these. Didn't realize Underground-Gamer had SDKs on there. Need to see what other misc stuff they have on there. Thanks again!
You won't find the N64 SDK(that is, the PsyQ compiler)/official docs anywhere on the internet (except UG). I also hate stupid underground gamers rules (I *was* a member of it). Plus, I thinks its a good idea to keep all these SDKs at one central place.
Which reminds me, how the hell did Nintendo devkit stuff reach there in the first place? I thought Nintendo was very strict with that (while Sega is "gah do whatever you want with it" :P). Well, yeah, but then again, remember that there's little point in having torrents if nobody is seeding. Also, to go under the minimum ratio you'd have to set the torrent client to don't seed at all (remember, the client seeds the data it already got, even if it's still downloading). Also gotta love how they happen to not have the Saturn devkit (at least according to Segaloco) while I had it in my hard disk XD
Tell me if some of you find any PSX stuff. A lot of thanks to you SegaLoco, I don't like torrents at all.
There is PSX stuff, I will get it as a find time to do more. Remember, I am tracking down BIOSes and working on my Mega Drive 2 mods, as well as trying to learn ASM by example in Sonic 1 as well. I am extremely busy.
