Yes! That's the same one exept mine doesn't have a lives icon.

That's some of it. my scanner is only A4 so I can't post the whole thing.

EDIT: I just realised, on another part of the poster the Special stage (Sonic 2) says Miles above his rings; not Tails - possible prototype?

That sounds right...does yours have a colouring-in thingy on the back of it because mine does.

I think I've found that place in the final of Sonic 1. Although then again the arrangement of Green Hill Zone in that beta can be different. Anyway, it's in Act 2 after the loop-de-loop place, after two pits.

yeah I did but I had a look to see if I've still got it and I remember that I threw it out in January.
