The S Factor: Sonia and Silver

    Yeah, you actually just need to remember all he proceed to attack. He always repeact a certain cycle of attacks. But I agree that after beating that Metal Sonic like boss, Metal Knuckles is an incredible rise in difficulty

    I'd like it more if Metal knuckles was *hittable* any time he is in the standing position, rather than just when shooting the homing projectiles and dipping at the sides.

    I keep getting hit by Metal Knuckles' ball attack. Its not bad as Sonia until the missiles come down. I can't seem to find a good strategy to hit him as the others without getting hit myself.

    For me its not so much the difficulty of the actual boss but more the lack of indication as to when to attack. I was only though trial and error that I worked out when metal knuckles was vulnerable.
    Besides that its great to have some new bosses to tackle.

    You could at least reduce the amount of missiles to something sensible. Also, make his homing laser attack less of a bitch move, please. Please.

    I meant visual difference. Again I re-iterate it can be a TINY difference so that a person blazing through wouldn't realize but it'd be nice for those of us who take it at a bit of a pace to realize that perhaps this boot is a shade brighter in red.

    I don't know if I ever actually expressed some of why I couldn't enjoy this, so let me go ahead and do that.

    I found the layouts absolutely ludicrous. Terrible, even.
    Scourge's boost jump feels absolutely useless all the time.
    Ring Land's music needs to be less.. Ear grating. I liked the effect, I liked what you were trying, but the ring sound is just too loud and too painful and too frequent. The song is short as hell.

    Truth be told, I really can't go into more depth about it what I disliked. I've not played it for a few weeks and I have no desire to. This is just what stood out the most.

    But Sonia's run sprite is bad ass.

    Apparently, the ones on the left are "classic style" while the ones on the right are closer to Sonic Adventure style

    Actually, it looks more slow is Adventure Style, Fast is Adventure 2 style with Soap Shoes

    I know, I was saying why, if the low-speed shoes are classic, and the high-speed are Sonic Adventure styled, is the low speed shoe music the Sonic Adventure music?

    ...Scourge. Considering that the word "Scourge" was a joke for me long before I found out about him (I'm playing as Dark Eldar, what do I do? "Get moar Scourge!")

    So, the first level is long and typical hack stuff. The second level is Labyrinth Zone with Sega CD BIOS as a BGM. I beat the first act, and then though "What, there's two more of these!?"

    I was really only interested in this because of stuff Jayextee said about the levels he made, So what's the level select code and which levels did Jay design?

    Up down left right gets the ring SFX, but then A+Start doesn't do anything.

    I can tell you picked Silver here =P

    Pick Sonia and play the first two zones.

    Also level select is same as Sonic 1, but hold A on the character select screen.
