A couple extra ones for Cosmic Smash...

Masahiro Kurokawa emblem, start entering when the Sega Rosso logo comes up:
    • Press and hold Down
    • Press and hold B (keep holding Down)
    • Press and release A ten times (while still holding Down and B)
    • Let go of B
    • Let go of Down
Mamoru Sugihara emblem, start entering at the Sega Rosso logo also:
    • Hold the analog stick in the up position (and don't release it until this whole thing is done).
    • Rotate the analog stick clockwise once (putting you back at the up position) and press A.
    • Rotate the analog stick counterclockwise three times and press A again.
    • Rotate the analog stick clockwise twice and press A one more time.
    • Release the analog stick.

    Details here!

nice work with NBA 98, I have the not particularly common PC version of that as well. It's a straight port of the Saturn version and these ports often just brings all the codes over unchanged.

The article is here if anyone is curious
Cheat code roundup: NHL 97 & NBA Action 98 (Saturn, PlayStation)

EDIT - Insomniac team are in the PC version as well!

A new code for Highway 2000: At the title screen, use controller 2 to enter A, Y, A, C, Y, C, B, B. The race timer will not longer count down, and will instead say FREE.

In the Japanese version, Wangan Dead Heat, this code also works with controller 2 on the title screen: R, Up, Down, L, Up, Down, X, C. This will unlock the Movies item on the title screen, which lets you see the videos of the racing ladies.

Both codes work in Wangan Dead Heat + Real Arrange as well.

For the Dreamcast Tokyo Xtreme Racer, you can enter this on the Quest mode screen: Up, Right, Down, Left, Up, Left, Down, Right, X, Y, X, Y, L, R, L, R. This will give you 1,000,000 credits for buying things.

    Details are here!

Here's an easy code to enter that somehow flew under the radar: Battle Monsters on Saturn, NTSC-U version: Up, Down, Left, Right, Start at the title screen. This unlocks the debug menu. Details are here.

Here are some really difficult codes to enter: G Vector on Saturn:
    • Unlock Nagameru mode: When the Sega logo appears, start holding A+Z. Release it when the Soft Office screen first starts fading in, switch to holding B+R.
    • Extra options: When the Sega logo appears, start holding A. Release it when the Soft Office screen finishes fading in, then switch to holding B. Just before the Soft Office screen starts fading out, switch to holding C.
The timing on these is very tight. There are some title screen codes, too:
    • Nine credits: Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, A, B, C
    • Show staff roll: Up+A, Right+B, Down+C, Left+X, Up+Y, Z
Details are here. I patched in some additional cheat codes that seem to be intentionally disabled, including a hidden character from Pastel Muses.

There's a lot of basic information about this that makes it seem unlikely. The Incredible Hulk was developed in the united kingdom, seems around Adderbury, where X-Men on the 32X was developed by the demoscene team Zyrinx which was out of Denmark but relocated to Boston for their Sega work. Where does that rumor stem from?

Here is a list of every employee who worked at Zyrinx throughout their history:

    3 games with Karsten Hvidberg
    3 games with Jesper Kyd
    3 games with David Guldbrandsen
    3 games with Mikael Balle
3 games with Jens Bo Albretsen
3 games with Jesper Vorsholt Jørgensen
    2 games with Daniel Small
    2 games with Mark Paniagua
    2 games with Haissam Badawi
    2 games with Thomas Risager

Here's a list of the staff from Attention to Detail, which worked on the Hulk:

    People

    10 games with Chris Gibbs
    10 games with Fred Gill
    9 games with Steve Bennett
    7 games with Andrew Wright
    7 games with Tony Heap
    7 games with Peter Long
    6 games with John Davies
    6 games with Stuart Tilley
    6 games with Robert Baker
    5 games with Lyndon Sharp

Here's a list of the staff from Silicon Dreams, listed as the other developer for the Hulk:

    16 games with John Hancock
    15 games with Gavin Cheshire
    14 games with Dene Landucci
    12 games with Stafford Bawler
    12 games with Rod Mack
    12 games with Geoff Brown
    11 games with Andrew Hersee
    11 games with Andrew Sage
    10 games with Giles Park
    10 games with David Rutter

I don't see any overlap, surely if they used the X-men engine or work, they would have found their way into the Hulk credits?

Virtua Cop on Saturn: I confirmed that the two cheats for the PC version work on the Saturn version. That is, hold C at the Sega logo and enter Up, Down, Left, Right. Then hold C and enter Down, Up, Right, Left, Up, Up, Left, Right.

Virtua Cop 2 on Saturn: One cheat site has it almost right. Once you've unlocked Options Plus, if you have a light gun in port 1 and a regular controller in port 2, you can put in Up, Down, Up, Down, A, X, B, Y, C, Z (with controller 2). Also, no light gun needed, you can enter Up, Up, Down, Down, A, B , C (with controller 2) at the Sega logo.

Indeed I "discovered" those PC cheats by just translating the Saturn codes reported on the sites to PC controls.

Looks like I never got round to VCop2 though (which has its own PC specific stuff but I'll try the Sat codes anyway)

Windows CE games are a pain to analyze, but I found the missing "unlock everything" code for Super Runabout: San Francisco Edition. The game also recognizes some other codes that unlock different subsets of the cars and missions.

I also recovered some long lost cheat codes for Grid Runner. The most interesting one is the "ice" mode. I checked some magazines to see if any ever had it, but I didn't find any traces.

Mass Destruction was published(?) by Sega in Europe and has a slightly different title screen in that region... so I went hunting for a copy to take a screenshot.

While I was there, I confirmed this wasn't true:
    https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/saturn/574582-mass-destruction/cheats

There aren't any other cheats listed for Mass Destruction on the Saturn, but a quick skim in a hex editor shows some Windows leftovers:
    Anything juicy hidden away?

    Quick one: Mass Destruction/Technical information

The header suggests multi-tap support... but it's marked on the box as a one-player game. Granted, there are conflicting release/build/whatever dates so the header probably isn't reliable, but it would be odd to add this accidentally.

My quick read on Mass Destruction: the "name" unlock cheats definitely don't work, and it doesn't appear that there's anyway to unlock all stages except the normal way. The strings referring to "INVUNERABILITY" and such don't seem to have references in the menu screens, but I didn't check in game.

Here are a couple more cheats for Madden NFL 97:
    • MADNBUG: Enable "Camera mode" settings, allows for a free camera
    • HISCORE: Same effect as TIBURON

@TapamN, I'm curious - how on earth do you type in the ¬ symbol on the Dreamcast keyboard? It looks like there's some cool stuff in this JPB system, but I can't get past step 1 to activate the console. I'm sure the answer is obvious and I'm just totally missing it!

From what I've seen in Redream, the game tends to break if you swap controllers while running. It's not meant to do that, but I've not tested on real hardware to confirm this isn't an emulation bug.

Normal controller in port A, keyboard in port C, boot the game and on the title screen, you should be able to see the console by pressing ` on your real computer keyboard.
