I think it’s just set dressing. Remember this is Tori’s office, and you can see she has other relics around the place like the Sun and Moon medals. In fact, the statue seen here bears resemblance to the one Amy returned to Knuckles in IDW #62, so I really don’t think it’s meant as some kind of tease for us. Not to mention the tablet of the Ancients right next to that whiteboard.
It's not just that. This video covers the first chunk of the timeline they posted recently. Next on the timeline are the Babylonians coming to earth and the Echidnas/Perfect Chaos. So I'm assuming the echidna section is going to be the main part of the vid and then pair the Black Arms/Emerl/Project Shadow items in another video.
