Hey everyone! I'm proud to announce we have made our first ever release from Super Mario Galaxy 2.5, our Super Mario Galaxy 2 hack: You can download the level by clicking the link for the demo installer (or the direct download) in the description of the video below, I'll also include the link here: Installer Download: http://g2f.nl/039uy3k Direct Download: http://g2f.nl/0xjd0hx _____________________________________________________________ [The installer download will walk you through the process of downloading and properly placing the downloaded folders, while the direct download will give you the two folders which you will need to manually place on the root of your SD card/USB drive. _____________________________________________________________ Full Credits List: http://tinyurl.com/9vw4l8w _____________________________________________________________ You may notice that the trailer feature custom models, a new feature for the hack. We're hoping that as the model importer becomes easier to use, everyone can start making their own Mario 3D levels. Hope you guys enjoy, any and all feedback would be great! As always, if you want to help out with the project, you can join at SuperMarioGalaxy2-5.com.
This is amazing, I've watched your trailer like 4 times now. I've been so wrapped up in the Sonic Generations modding scene that I never even thought about something like this. You've got yourself a subscriber for sure. I don't have my SMG2 disc on-hand but I'll be giving this a try as soon as I can. Fantastic work so far though!
The trailer looks MUCH better than when you showed me last time. Great imporvement. And it also showed me much more stuff I didn't see before and now I want my hands on this, asdf ;-; I need to get my Wii's ISO loader fixed.
At first I thought this was some sort of project to turn Super Mario Galaxy into a side scroller, but I'm very glad I was wrong! I wasn't even aware there was a Galaxy mod scene, let alone that it was this advanced and awesome! Looks like I'll be bringing back my Wii with me after I go home next weekend; keep up the good work!
Damn it. I have a legit retail copy, but it has a small crack in the center that grows ever so slightly every time I use the disc. However, I managed to make my own rip of the game so I could play the game without worries. I'd really like to play this mod but I'm just never going to use my disc again unless I need to to make another rip for some reason.
