Stupid Error Message

    Okay...I recently downloaded a lot of Sonic hacking tools and such from Sonicology. Here is the error message I get when I try to open up Chao-Sax Pal:

    How can I fix this error so that I can use it?

    Go to the start menu. Select "Find-Files or folders". (Search in windows XP) Select "C:\" (where C: is your default drive) type 'COMDLG32.OCX'. If it is not found, go to
    http://tails.50free.net/comdlg32.ocx
    and put the file in your
    C:\windows\system\
    folder.

    HOWEVER, if this program is anything like SHWP, it will ask for 15 million other files before it will run properly. Just a quick early warning. ;)
