They're that bad? Aww, I thought they were pretty good for what I was comparing to coming from Fusion 3.53 or something. But it may have been the wrong sound I was imitating. So what exactly is wrong with my Audacity creations, other than the fact that I made them in Audacity. Or are they bad at all?
East West/Quantum Leap Symphonic Choirs? Why yes, I did, it's really awesome - unfortunately, there isn't really any way to get that "SEEEGGAAA" sound the same through it, being Symphonic Choirs sounds really soft, or something like that. It's great for most music related purposes, though. Edit: Also; I thought they sounded pretty good, myself, but I hadn't compared them to anything to check for accuracy, if that really matters for something so simple.
I didn't at all pass judgment on your sounds! I'm talking about in general. Where are the rips from the original game? This topic was started 6 months ago and nothing was done at all to organize sounds and what needs to be done. I would like to see if your sounds sound like the original. But I have no way of knowing without a rip of all the sounds from the game.
MaximusDM, there is a .RAR of all the sound effects available on the same database as the artwork. It is the last link in the Music section. Of course, I didn't have these when I made the sounds. EDIT: Here is a direct link to the SFX downloads page: SFX Downloads
By the way, I uploaded a few more SFX: 2 more SFX Sadly, I need feedback on these before I can upload anymore, as I am limited to 5 uploads at a time.
I forgot about posting this. This is the FL Studio file that contains the water muffling effect that was discussed a few months back. It also contains a splash sample which I feel is a perfect replacement of the original splash. Under water test - FL Studio zipped loop package
