The Holoaska pack is pretty cool, or at lease Act 4 is. Act 3 is like Mazuri Act 2, only without any of the things that make Mazuri Act 2 playable.

I think it's kind of funny how the entirety of Outrun Online Arcade is smaller than a single one of these packs.

There must be a ton of duplicate data, I can't see how item placements can take up so much too.

It may just be the lightmaps for the levels. I mean, it's this whole baked global illumination stuff, right? That could be a metric ton of data.

It's mostly data for the GI effect. As far as I can tell, it works by baking the indirect light into the world.

Hashimoto did claim they strung 100 computers together (or something) to quickly do correct light calculations for each full-length stage, so this sounds fairly plausible.

Weird, the Spagonia Pack is bigger in size for the PS3, but the Chun-nan pack is smaller.

It could be that HighEurope's light maps could be more complex and thus take up more space.

Dammit, "HighEurope" is the name IGN gave the trailer (was SU_DayEurope on the ftp), not the name of the level. It was internally referred to as "Europe" before release.

You said it! I just bought both of them. Now I just have to download. Thank you SEGA and SCEA. Please don't take this long again.

Sonic TV Scripts, Sonic Comic Wiki Work
Well, that took longer than needed. :P

Somebody want to update Retro's home page to reflect this news so it gets around?

Enjoy your DLC Synchronizer, I know how badly you've wanted it. Gotta say, I'm happy for you PS3 owners, it's pretty good DLC, everyone should be able to use it.

As for the rest of us, we'll get another pack next week. I'm betting on either Mazuri or Shamar.

    (Thanks, Sonic Warrior TJ.)

Wow! I like the DLC. It's super challenging, so I'm going to need much practice. One thing that SEGA should do though, is make the extra day Acts full-length stages. Hmmm. I wonder what the next new pack
will be (which has not been released on any platform). I hope Mazuri, because that is one of my favorite day stage locations. The leaked screenshots and first trailer certainly showed a different Mazuri.

I'd like Shamar and Adabat, just to see if those unused night areas finally get used. With Adabat, it's pretty much expected, especially after that last patch adding a water texture to it. As for Shamar... well, the hard mode looks like it's going to live up to its name if it has all those Titan enemies from the trailer. This will also make it a great area to build Exp, like how Holoska Night Act 2 became.

Really? I just grinded Arid Sands Night, Act 1 over and over for EXP.

    Working on my art!
I bought Subs from Wentos for cheap over and over again. Hot Dog challenges as well. That racked up EXP quickly

I finally got some Microsoft Points and downloaded all the Adventure Packs (And nerdily downloaded the Windmill Isle 360 Theme >.>) I really like the new Night Acts, of course, I'm one of the few fans of the Werehog, so...

Daytime missions are alright. Worth the money I'd say.

The fastest way to build XP (aside from buying food) is the Egg Beetle. Two bars of experience for about 2 minutes of play time.

I had a ton of rings, so I just made the werehog devour a ton of steaks at Empire City. Hot Dog missions help too.

I was looking at the Planetary Pieces case, noticed the lack of a song, and checked the Wiki. Not there either.

Windmill Isle Suburbs isn't there. Thought something felt wrong. Regardless of the fact it was just a variation on the Windmill Isle theme, I still liked the song. Should we note this in the Wiki?
